Returns may be made within 20 days from the receipt date of the order. Items may be returned as long as they have not been worn and are not damaged. Simply send items you wish to return back for a refund. You must include return authorization form. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, orders can't be cancelled once they have been placed by customer. However you may return the order using the return policy above.

All packages are shipped via UPS or Fedex within 24 hours, unless item is on backorder. Shipping rates are based on the amount of your order and whether you request ground or air shipping. Shipments are processed Monday - Friday only.

Discreet Packaging:
All orders are shipped in Ups or Fedex packaging and the shipping label shows items shipped from Collier Enterprise, LLC. The word lingerie never shows on outer boxes.
